Title : AGS Account Manager
Report to : Senior Manager, Key Account & Marketing, Japan
Location : Tokyo, Japan

Mission
• Activate and best utilize distributors in our demand creation activities to achieve our sales objectives and the country budget.
• Enhance high loyalty and corporation of target key accounts.
• Achieve Revenue and Profit budget managing finish product inventory and driving accounts performance toward 5-year sales target.
• Establish corporate brand/ reliability/ trust among farmers.
Responsibility
• Execute the sales and marketing strategy to achieve the budget aligned with the country budget leading Key Accounts and their branch offices.
• Develop product sales and promotion strategy and action plan for target account and manage to execution by them.
• Negotiate and manage the selling price to distributors and maximize it under the price guidance by the product managers.
• Manage rebate program to distributors under the price guidance from the product managers.
• Lead to create sales forecast working with the Product Managers and DF planner for tracking to achieve the budget and create the future business plan.
• Relationship management and key persons updates for better B2B relation.
• Manage “Kyogi-kai” for the demand creation activities as well as product stewardship.
• Actively use distributors for our demand creation offering as the one of RTM path.
Qualifications
• BA or more education with agriculture or related measure
• Strong Influence / Negotiation skill
• Get Result / Stability of performance
• Good team building / interpersonal sensitivity
• Good Planning skill with strong business acumen
• Understand or experience in agrichemicals sales and marketing
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• PC skill including Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skill both in Japanese and in English.
